Launch a formal collaboration framework to encourage partnerships and business exchange.
By Mid-Year (Q2–Q3), we will:
Introduce structured business pitch sessions.
Build strategic funding relationships and sponsorship partnerships.
By Year End (Q4 2026), we will:
Host consistent quarterly stakeholder meetings and business growth programs.
Establish a sustainable operational and revenue model that secures long-term stability.
